This is my favourite place in the universe and the high point of my year is visiting here every summer. We took picnic lunches ashore, painted on the rocks, circumnavigated islands, and dried out from all the mugginess and squalls we

weathered earlier. Moving on from here is always hard. You never know what life is going to bring you, whether you'll be back again. This seems to be even truer as we get older. With luck, our cruising days will be extended by the addition

of grandchildren to crew for us, as my own parents' were, but one can but hope.
